Icelandic Sheep for Sale, 2009

Lambs playing in the field (hosted on YouTube)

We are certified Scrapie Free and again have a select few lambs, and an ewe and her ewe lamb, available for sale.

We are happy to work with new farms to package a small flock to get you started. Our site has several articles to point you in the right direction as far as fencing and other information goes, but there is nothing like a hands on experience, so contact us if you'd like to visit the farm and get a feel for handling the sheep.

We take a $100 deposit to hold a lamb for you and can work with you on transporting the sheep to you. Give us a call at 802.253.2585 and we'll make the necessary arrangements. There is a fuel surcharge for transport... but you knew that already! We offer a 10% discount on two lambs, 15% on three.

This is "Lily" born Easter Sunday by Daffodil / Pan and from our Guiness lines.

This girl carries white (obviously) solid, black, and possibly moorit. She's a perfect little doll of a lamb and has a twin (ram).

$280

"Poof" and her ewe lamb "Columbine"

Columbine is a solid black ewe lamb who is already showing promise in conformation and temperament. She has a white twin (ewe).

$300 black ewe
$280 white ewe

Black ewe lamb available

Offered as a pair only Cloud and her ewe lamb

Cloud is from Frelsi Farm's "Katie" lines, a robust, reliable, wooly, milky, great litle ewe. She's being offered for sale because we made a mistake: we sold her sister last year leaving her as the last of her line on the farm.  Good for us, bad for her. She needs a farm of her own to start her own dynasty on, she's being squeezed out by our flock.

$650

Ah.. the boys.

Twin ram lambs by PT and Popcorn

These boys will grow up to sire lovely lambs, and as you can see, the solid black has a better than even chance of carrying spotting.  Wooly, friendly, milky, utterly reliable, lines.

$260 each (SOLD)

Who do you love? Mamma that's who!

Daffodil's twins (Lily offered above), her ram lamb is also being offered for sale.  White carrying solid, and perhaps moorit.. he's got some nice strikes of rusty brown on his legs and tail.

$260(SOLD)

Dandelion's Ram Lamb

This little guy is seriously cute. You'd think "spots are spots" but this little ram is especially adorable.  His mother is friendly, and he, amazing, is catch-and-cuddleable.  This counts for much in my book.

He goes to a special home because we like him alot! Price negotiable.

See that little ram lamb face, and his mother? This is a picture of his mother as a lamb.

Isn't it amazing how the spotting pattern replicates over generations?

We would consider selling Dandilion as part of a farm package, $325.00

Just for fun: images from the first part of the season, back in April 08!

This is a picture of Cloud's dam and Cloud as a lamb (so if the video below). Great sheep, great lines, great start for someone's farm.

Born Sunday, April 6th. Twin ewe lambs from Bunnah... you have to play this with sound, half the humor is my USMC husband talking to the sheep!
